Getting Announcements in the Sunday Bulletin
Please send all e-mail announcements directly
to
announcements@thewestender.com (this is the preferred, recommended, and
most effective method).
All handwritten or telephoned-in announcements to be published in the Sunday
Bulletin must be submitted to the bulletin staff one week in advance,
and no later than the end of Sunday evening worship services for inclusion
in the following week's bulletin. If you e-mail your announcement
information, the deadline is Monday on or before 12 noon.
If, for example, you have an announcement that you wanted to run this
upcoming Sunday, it should have already been submitted on the previous
Sunday. The bulletin will be completed (printed, copied, and folded) on
Wednesday evenings for Sunday. Only event cancellations, illnesses and deaths will be
accepted up until Wednesday. |
