Prayer Warriors

Pleasing God through the avenue of prayer

Providing a support group for Christian women by gaining spiritual maturity through effective purposeful prayer.

The Prayer Warriors are a group of faithful sisters of the body of Christ who are dedicated to praying and fasting on the behalf of others.  The Apostle Paul was very specific in his praying.  We find in Ephesians, Philippians and Colossians, examples of how Paul prayed for believers.  In Philippians, 1 Corinthians and 2 Corinthians, we find examples of how believers prayed for one another.

As we pray in faith, believing God, He will answer our prayer.  He tells us to come boldly to the throne of grace and obtain mercy and find grace to help in the time of need (Hebrews 4:16).  Faith is an essential condition for approaching and being accepted by God.  Anyone who comes to Him must believe.  We must believe with all our heart that God exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him. (Matthew 21:22)  Jesus states that “All things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”  The key word is believing.  In 1 John 5:14, we read “This confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us.”  Prayer must be the foundation of every Christian endeavor.  The prayer armor is for every member of the Body of Christ who will obey and walk in the way of the Lord.
